Role Overview:
As a Boarding and Sports Assistant, you will support the smooth running of the boarding house by supervising pupils outside of lesson times, assisting with evening activities, and helping to create a safe, welcoming environment. You will also assist with organising and supporting sports sessions, encouraging participation and promoting healthy lifestyles.
Skills and Qualifications:
- No previous experience required; training will be provided
- Good communication skills with children
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently when needed
- Basic organisational skills to help manage boarding routines and sports equipment
- A genuine interest in sport or physical activity is desirable but not essential
