We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and enthusiastic Nursery Manager to lead our Squirrels Nursery as we expand our provision from 38 weeks to 48 weeks. About the role
The Nursery Manager will provide strong leadership for the nursery team, ensuring the highest standards of care, education and safeguarding. You will champion our outdoor‑led ethos, work closely with the Head of Pre‑Prep, and ensure a seamless journey for children moving through the Early Years and into Reception.
You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, EYFS curriculum delivery, ISI compliance, parent partnerships, staff development, and maintaining a safe, stimulating environment indoors and outdoors.

· Qualified at Level 3 or above (Level 5/6 strongly preferred).
· Experienced in leading early years practice.
