Northbourne Park is extending to Year 9 from September 2027. During Autumn Open Week, Monday 28 September to Saturday 3 October 2026, every family is offered a personal meeting and tour with Mark Hammond, our Head Teacher, with the chance to meet other staff and pupils depending on your child's interests.
Why now
For families with children in Year 5 upwards, this is a chance to discover what the journey from Year 7 at Northbourne Park looks like: dedicated form tutors, the ISEB Independent Project Qualification, and a school built around early adolescence rather than treating it as an afterthought. From September 2027, pupils already at the school can continue into Year 9, with a small number of places also open to new joiners.
