Northbourne Park School Holiday Club

 

Our holiday club is open to all children between 3 to 13 years old.

There is something for every child. We pride ourselves in providing the ideal place for children to explore and enjoy the activities we have to offer. We offer a truly rounded experience through action packed activities within a safe environment. We strive to make every club experience a success, ensuring that children are put first in everything we do. We ensure that every child is included in each activity, and that each child interacts in a positive way. Our skilled and passionate staff deliver a high quality, engaging and safe club experience throughout the school holidays.

Our next Holiday Club will be running in the Autumn Half Term:

Monday 23 October - Friday 27 October

Monday 30 October - Friday 3 November


Typical day at our Holiday Club:

Drop off starts at 8:30. All children should arrive before 8:45 for morning register where they will be warmly welcomed with a smile from our staff.

Throughout the day children can enjoy a whole range of different activities inside and out. We make use of surrounding settings at much as possible and the children will enjoy many woodland and country side walks, checking in on our resident chickens ,sheep and Alpacas.

Children will stop for a mid morning break and snack, a lunch break and an afternoon break and snack each day. 

Children must be collected by 4.00pm each day. However if you are running late please inform the holiday club staff on 01304 611792. If your child is not collected by 4.45pm our team will contact each parent of the child, if unsuccessful they will then contact the child’s emergency contacts.

 All parents are to wait outside the reception area to collect and sign their child out.

What to bring:

  • Water bottle
  • Lunch and snacks
  • Spare change of clothes
  • Coat, hat ,gloves and scarf (Autumn and Winter)
  • Sun hat and sun cream (Spring and Summer)

Lunches and Snacks: 

We do not have any catering facilities open during the half terms on site. Please make sure your child comes with a lunch and 2 snacks for the day.

We are a nut free school and holiday club, any items which do have nuts in will be removed and your child will not be able to eat these on site.

Holiday Club Terms and Conditions:

  • Booking for Holiday Club opens at the start of the half term prior to the Holiday Club (i.e., booking for October half term starts in September when we return to school).
  • Northbourne Park School runs a first come first served basis.   
  • The booking deadline at the end of each day is 4:00PM.
  • We cannot accept families turning up on the day without prior booking.
  • Parents should let the school know as soon as possible if their child is unwell and unable to attend (01304 611 215).
  • We do not offer refunds if parents cancel the booking.
  • If we cannot meet the needs of an individual child then we reserve the right to ask the parent to withdraw their child.
  • Children need to be potty trained to attend the Holiday Club.
  • All payments for Holiday Club are made by card payment over the phone (01304 611 215 ext 2) or by bank transfer.

Additional information

  • The school will publish timetable of activities in advance of the Holiday Club.
  • Children should wear suitable clothing for indoor and outdoor activities.
