Applying to Northbourne Park School from overseas is straightforward and fully supported by the school. We aim to make the process as smooth as possible, whether you can visit us in person or prefer to connect online.
We will arrange a video call so that the Head Teacher can meet you and your child and request documents to support your application. If you can visit the school with your child, we will organise a date to tour Northbourne Park and meet our children and staff.
Following the video call with the Head Teacher (or visit), a formal offer of a place will be made.
First, a Provisional Entry Form will be shared. Completing this form and returning the £120 (incl. VAT) registration fee will register your child as a prospective pupil.
You will then receive a Final Entry Form to complete and return, along with a refundable deposit of £1,000 (or £2,000 for applicants residing outside of the European Economic Area). This deposit will be returned when your child leaves the school. We will then confirm a reserved place for your child and agree on a start date.

Visiting Northbourne Park School
If you are able to travel to the UK, we would be delighted to welcome you for a personal tour. We also offer taster days and overnight stays in our boarding houses.
If visiting is not possible, the school regularly attends events in France and Spain. Contact admissions@northbournepark.com for details about upcoming opportunities to learn more about the school and meet our staff.
Book a video call or arrange a tour.
After an Offer
Once an offer of a place has been accepted, we will stay in close contact. Practical information, such as preparing for boarding and travel, will be shared in the months leading up to your child’s start date. If required, the school will share information about applying for a Child Student visa, which is required for most non-British pupils studying in the UK for over six months.
