Gemma is a mother to 3 boys who all attended or attend Northbourne Park school. She has a long career history in Financial Services technology providing valuable transferable skills to a role as school governor. She has also facilitated graduate recruitment at several different banks as well as leading several diversity initiatives and firmly believes that environments that support diversity of gender, background and culture are happier and more productive. She loves Northbourne Park school and the magical element it brings to children’s education and is proud to be a Governor.
