The Night Walk

The  Heads of School and House Captains have the opportunity to undertake the annual ‘Night Walk’ from Northbourne Park School to the English Channel at Dover .

Pupils walk on the Old Roman Road from School to Dover Harbour. This is a unique opportunity to discover the world at night by seeing and listening to the animals, looking at the stars and learning to navigate at night. It is also a test of courage and determination and lots of fun!

A Year 7 pupil, said “It was an amazing experience walking at night. The activities made it fun and exciting. We had hot chocolate and biscuits on the beach at midnight.”
