Class 1 visit Dover Castle

Class 1 had a wonderful (if not wild and windy!) trip to Dover Castle . We especially enjoyed looking at the Roman Lighthouse, the Saxon Church and the Military Museum . As the main keep is currently closed, we found our way to the little Avranches Tower , complete with triple arrow windows.

Finally, we also had the chance to dress up in medieval ‘castle’ or knight costumes – photos are now up in Class 1!
