From time to time we seek the views of our parents to see how they think we’re doing - what we do well or could improve. The presentation summarises the results of the research undertaken at the end of 2005.

Key highlights were:

• Good level of satisfaction with the school
• Northbourne is exceeding expectations in many cases
• All families would recommend Northbourne Park
• Key attractions are the happy and confident children
• Word of mouth remains principal marketing tool
• Commitment and contribution of staff is hugely appreciated - the school is perceived as “family”.
